and Vicena Poulson Duration: 4
Weeks Cost: $175 Starts: Jan 9, 2009 |
It seems so easy to let photographs stack up on memory cards or hard drives.
You find yourself saying you will catch up later. Lightroom makes it easy
to catch up and stay caught up. This software is the photographer's essential
toolbox, providing one easy application for managing, adjusting, and presenting
large volumes of digital photographs so you can spend less time in front of
the computer and more time taking pictures. The question often comes up "Does
Lightroom replace Photoshop, Bridge, and Camera Raw?" The simple answer is
No. Lightroom takes many of the most common features of all of these programs,
and combines them into one. So many times you can do all the things you will
want to in Lightroom. But for the advanced features of these other programs
you will need to use them, and it is easy to go to them from Lightroom.
One great thing about Lightroom, is that it is non-destructive. You can always, go back to the original picture without losing any quality or information.
