Are you a recent graduate of Understanding Exposure or do you fully understand the basics of exposure yet your images lack any real punch or impact? Are you ready to try some truly fresh points of view and combine them with some equally challenging yet very rewarding exposures?
By popular request, Bryan has finally put together a really fun and challenging course on 'advance exposure', intended to elevate your skills to the level of the photographic elite.
For the first two weeks of this course, Bryan will take you on a fantastic journey into the world of creative exposures where the shutter speed is King. We will look at a multitude of ideas where implying motion and long exposure are the central theme. When combined with your flash and 'rear curtain sync/second curtain sync' a whole new world of creative exposures also opens up.
Star trails? Lightning? Campfire's-NO PROBLEM!
Shooting during mid-day light is a sure route to failure right!? You will soon be changing your mind when you see this great exposure idea that is best done only at mid-day! Infra-red radio remotes? What are they and how do they work and how do they help us in getting some of the most difficult exposures of all? Have you heard about HDR and it's impact on exposure? You will be well versed in HDR after this one important lesson and soon find yourself immersed in the countless opportunities HDR offers for some truly one of a kind exposures.
This class covers following topics:
- Difficult Exposures/Mixing Artificial and Natural Light
- Doing the Math/Shutter Speed and ISO/Sunny 16 Rule
